About the Border Center

The Border Center, maintained by the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS), is one of the U.S. EPA supported Compliance Assistance Centers. Access to all Compliance Assistance Centers can be found at www.assistancecenters.net.

The Border Center provides on-line assistance to businesses and individuals to better understand and comply with environmental laws regulating the import and export of environmentally sensitive products, materials and wastes into and from the United States. Each of the five unique websites target a specific audience.

Your comments and suggestions will help make the Border Center as readable, accurate, up-to-date, and reliable as possible.
